An Introduction to Meditation Workshop is suitable for…

  • Those who enjoy Meditation and want to couple that with personal development.
  • Beginners into Meditation wanting to learn ways to relax and manage stress, anxiety and worry.
  • Those who are getting back into Meditation to perhaps adjust lifestyle to incorporate a daily practice routine with Meditation
  • Those wanting to develop the skill of Meditation.

It really is for everyone ! During this course we will talk about:

  • Ways we manage of stress, anxiety and worry through techniques and tools provided. 
  • We will discuss ways to bring about a more positive mindset by exploring the power of  Affirmations and Mantra’s and how they work.
  • Re-coup energy basic breathing techniques.
  • Stretches and moving the body with simple Yoga Asanas
  • Meditation for full-body muscle relaxation.
  • Guided Visualization Meditation or Creative Visualisation.
  • Mindfulness Meditation: what it is and how to harness the living in the present moment.
  • Exploring the Chakra’s and colours in Meditation also.

Whether you love dancing, walking, painting, gym or Yoga.. Meditation can be found in all of these areas and many do it without realising it.

The mind, body, soul and our emotional responses are all connected. They all interact and affect the another.

When the mind and relaxed.. the body can relax.. and when the body is relaxed the mind can relax..”

It is recommended to initially find 10-20mins a day for Meditation and it can be done so easily.. at any time of the day.

This will be 7.5 hour course delivered in a one day workshop.

About Me: 

I seriously started my journey 10 years ago whilst living in England. I started with attending Meditation and Development Workshops with the lovely Stella Christos. Such a profound start to my journey. Ever since then back in Australia, I’ve continued learning and growing.  I run regular Chair Yoga & Meditation classes in the community at present, as well Holistic massage and healing therapies. I have just completed my Reiki Masters and looking forward to also sharing this wonderful modality with others in the future.

I also study part-time at Uni in Psychology!! (useful to know relaxation techniques .. and good organisation!). I also have two lovely boys.

Each Student will take home their own workshop Manual with the tools and strategies learnt through-out the Workshop.
Certificate of Completion is provided for each student at the end.
Tea | Coffee provided and light refreshments. Please BYO own lunch and preference of snacks.
