Wheelchair Yoga

In this class we will cover the following:

  • Breathing exercises
  • Self-Massage
  • Hatha Chair Yoga Asanas
  • Building muscle and strength with resistance bands
  • Muscle Relaxation Meditation
  • Guided Visualisation Meditation
