Embark on journey of growth and self-discovery. Learn many tools for positive thinking and stress management.

Learn advanced breathing techniques, Meditation for training the brain to perform Instant Muscle Relaxation, Guided Visualisation Meditation, Zen Meditation, Chakra Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation. Develop your communication skills and improve your self-esteem.

This will be a full day Workshop.
